Shipping and Returns

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.  Any orders that are cancelled after they are fulfilled, but before they have shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Orders not fulfilled can be cancelled with no penalty.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship most orders within 2 business days. All orders are sent via USPS.

All orders ship via USPS Flat-Rate boxes.  Order may arrive in separate packages.

Insurance is provided through the USPS flat rate program, if you experience loss or damaged parcel visit the USPS website and file a claim. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Northwest Iowa Brass is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they have shipped.
